I come from a multicultural background, German, Italian, and Spanish ancestry, but I was born and raised in Latin America. As a student, I used to work during the year babysitting children or helping with family businesses, saving up to travel during the summer. That allowed me to backpack for months through countries like Mexico, Colombia, and Canada, and explore others like Brazil, Chile, and the U.S.
My first psychology project was called Proyecto Outsiders, where I specialized in working both online and in person with migrant clients from diverse cultures and countries.
In 2021, I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark, where I currently live and work surrounded by internationals. I’ve had the chance to travel and visit many countries.
I’m married to Davit, who comes from Georgia, and together we’ve built a multicultural family and are raising our young son. I enjoy sharing my experiences and challenges with multicultural marriage and motherhood, and I understand that many of us walk this same path.

After many years of psychological therapy, and other types of therapy as well, I’ve come to realize how important it is for me to feel aligned with nature, to stay connected to my body, and to give it a place within therapy. Listening to what is expressed non-verbally, somatically, behaviorally, etc., is why an integrative approach is central in my sessions. I also like to support this with scientific papers and concrete objective proof.
Through creativity, the psyche finds new ways to respond, different from the usual strategies we rely on. It’s like training the mind to discover new alternatives and solutions.
That’s why I incorporate creativity in both my therapeutic approach and the exercises I offer to clients. Not everyone learns or solves problems in the same way. While some people benefit from only verbalizing their concerns, others need more practical tools and exercises.
Regarding spirituality, although I don’t identify with any particular religion, I like to make space for intuition, meditation, and humbleness. I’m personally interested in non-religious forms of connection to spirituality, energy, and well-being, especially those rooted in ancestral wisdom.
