I have been studying psychology for over 12 years and have been trained in many techniques, assessment protocols, and psychological theories. I have also worked with interdisciplinary teams.
I am passionate about contemporary art, street art, tattoos, and modern forms of expression.
I incorporate creativity into both my therapeutic approach and the exercises I offer to clients. Not everyone learns or solves problems in the same way.
Regarding spirituality, I don’t identify with any particular religion. I’m personally interested in non-religious forms of spirituality and well-being, especially those rooted in ancestral wisdom.
