WHAT IS IT?
This service is designed for those who need support to resolve a specific and immediate issue, without necessarily starting a long-term therapeutic process. It’s a one-time session, lasting 75 minutes, with a directive and integrative approach. We will use tools from various psychological disciplines, conflict-resolution techniques, and body-based or creative strategies if needed.

Includes:
- Free exploratory call to define the issue and assess if this format is suitable.
- One 75-minute online or in-person session.
- Summary and professional feedback based on the session.
- Optional follow-up: brief post-session check-in (via message or call) to assess how the decision or change felt. Additional sessions can be scheduled if necessary.
