WHAT IS IT?
This therapeutic space is for couples who wish to improve communication, work through recurring conflicts, reconnect emotionally, or make important joint decisions.
Sessions are held online or in person, weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs.

Ideal for couples who:
- Experience frequent conflict they can’t resolve on their own.
- Struggle with communication (misunderstandings, frequent arguments, long silences).
- Are going through transitions like moving, childbirth, loss, job changes, or migration.
- Have faced painful situations such as infidelity, trust crises, or emotional loss.
- Feel emotionally distant and want to reconnect.
- Want to improve or revive their sexual life.
- Are considering separation and want to make the decision more consciously.
- Wish to strengthen their bond, understand differences, and grow together.
- Are preparing for cohabitation or a long-term project and want to build solid agreements.
Includes:
- Free 20-minute exploratory call: to get to know my approach and discuss your current situation, previous therapeutic experiences, diagnoses, and medication use.
- First evaluation session: Identify the couple’s current dynamics and goals. We begin working from the first session with tailored exercises.
- Therapeutic agreement: includes policies on confidentiality, cancellations, and privacy. We will review and clarify these together.
- Duration: Each session lasts 1.5 hours.
- Techniques: Communication exercises, active listening, emotional work, couple dynamics, and home practices.
- Homework: Optional and adapted to the couple’s pace and availability
