WHAT IS IT?
Designed for individuals seeking structured personal work with clear goals and measurable outcomes. Whether you’re addressing emotional, relational, anxiety-related, self-esteem, grief, or other personal issues, we meet weekly or biweekly, in-person or online, for a tailored and goal-oriented process.
CaLENDaR
Ideal for:
- People who want a structured and goal-driven therapy process.
- Individuals seeking symptom relief or behavior change.
Includes:
- Free 20-minute exploratory call: to discuss your concerns, previous therapy experiences, diagnoses (if any), medication history, and to ask about my approach.
- First session: We’ll gather relevant information about your personal history and goals. Therapy starts from session one. Together, we’ll co-create a treatment plan, define the number of sessions, and set goals for each. May include the use of psychometric tests.
- Therapeutic agreement: includes confidentiality, cancellation, and privacy policies. We’ll review these together and address any questions.
- Duration: Each session lasts between 50 minutes and 1 hour.
- Homework: Optional and based on the patient’s progress and topics being addressed.
Methods & Techniques:
- Complementary psychotherapeutic techniques may include: Art Therapy, Psychoeducational materials, Hypnosis, Reichian Body Psychotherapy, Lowen’s Bioenergetics, Therapeutic Massage, and more.
- Psychological tools and assessments such as: ADHD, PTSD, GAD-7, MMPI-2, WAIS-IV, WISC-V, RBANS, NEPSY, D-KEFS, PAI, MCMI-IV, Rorschach, TAT, BAI/BDI, PHQ-9, CBCL, ADI-R, ADOS-2, and more.
